web window to enter a password is deactivated

Hello when accessing a web window to connect to a wifi network hospital I have to enter a pass word given to me at the reception and although the problem is that the window is updated all the time with opera mini I do not know donation to introduce the password. I am android 4.2.
Does anyone know the solution to this problem

It's probably impossible to do what you want, since Mini servers want have access to the page. You shall be able to what you want in built in browser and then switch to Mini.
