Continuing Video madness w/Opera/MAC OS

Hello Opera users, If a video opens on a webpage I visit I get the audio but the visuals range from pixel pandemonium to a screen full of colored dots. Could some of the selling features mentioned in the sales pitch be causing the video problems? I don't remember the three initial stuff that is supposed to make my browsing faster and more private. Not much of that is happening here. Thank you for your time.

• A link to a video that casues issues
• You operating system (Ex: macOS 10.12)
• Your Hardware info (under the Apple menu icon -> About this Mac) except your serial number
