How to remove space above tabs in LinuxMint?

Is this a windows config issue or an option i missed out in Opera?

Vivaldi has it, so it must be out there somewhere...

Vivaldi and Opera are completely different. Opera has a title bar, Vivaldi doesn't. Depending on your window manager it may be possible to remove the border and title bar, but it would be different in KDE versus Gnome versus LXDE ...
