Can't update opera from v45.0 to v46

Hi, i downloaded opera from opera.com, but ive read that opera is actually on v46 and i have v45. When i click about opera it says that opera is updated. I would like to update since the blog says that its a better performance version. Is it that opera v45 is the last update for linux 32 bits or there is going to be a new update? I am running ubuntu 16.04, 32 bits.

I also have my tab bar in a pink colour, sometimes green.
