Allow users to add the Downloads and the Tabs page in the speed dial

Did you know that you can add some Opera:// pages into the speed dial? They have some nice backgrounds too:

You know what is missing? The Downloads and the Tabs pages. It would be nice to be able to add them, don't you think?

You can add them to Speed Dial, just use the heart button.
