[Annoyance] Can't install as Portable if already installed locally

If Opera is not yet installed, you can select if you want local install or portable. Great. But if Opera is already installed locally in program Files (for example), running installer and option to install as Portable is greyed out. That's SUPER annoying. What if I want to make a separate portable install just to test something? Or prepare a portable version so I can use it somewhere else? I simply can't without first removing my local install. That's just idiotic design.
If you select Local, it should give you "Upgrade" option. If you want to select Portable, you should be allowed to do that even if Opera is already installed locally.

It's a bad design. How am I suppose to know I have to first change installation path when inability to change install type already steered me away from it? There is no mention of this in the installer itself, so it didn't even occur to me I have to change the path manually first...

Maybe by guessing something like 'Hey, there is already something installed in that folder so maybe if I install somewhere else, I will be able to change installation method'?

Didn't even try searching about it? I remember it have been mentioned even here in the forums.
Anyway, installer for beta and developer versions don't have such option anymore so I guess they will be pulled out from stable version installer sooner or later.

I mean, if install type was selectable, changing to Portable USB should auto change install location to desktop like it does normally. That would be far better installer design.
