Is it possible to move the tabs bar to the bottom?

In my case, under the bookmarks toolbar?

PLEASE TELL ME IT IS.

Not sure I can cope with this top of the browser awkwardness.

Bonus question: If the "X" to close the tab could be on the RIGHT, that'd be good, too! I saw an Add-On for this but it didn't work in the new Opera (45).

I'm afraid you cannot move tab bar. Same with 'X' button - it's system specific and stays on the left side.
