any way to control updates from Opera 32?

In peru bandwidth is bad, and i always have the issue to support automatic updates from any chromium based browser (including Opera). Exists a measure to shutdown automated updates?

Yes. You can either block the update application in the firewall or rename it and remove the task to run it from the task scheduler.
