Synchronize between Desktop and Mobile?

First of all,kudos for opera developers.
When I first use opera in My android,the sync from my desktop browser happened just once and my tab can't frequently updated (I used to browse mainly in my desktop opera and later when I don't have access to my desktop,I continue to browse in my android opera)
And now,I can see that everytime I open my android opera,It give me the last update tab from my desktop opera.
My question is,can the desktop opera get the latest updated tab from my android phone? because everytime I browse from my android opera and later I come back to my desktop opera,It still gave me the outdated tab and not the last I read in my android opera????

Yes, take a look at the tab menu.

It may take a while for sync to happen.

How long will this usually take? I'm wondering the same thing since I've logged on on both Desktop and Android and waiting for the tabs to sync. Also, what is the "tab menu"? The button to the right in the Opera desktop?
