Option to turn off "system title bar and borders" on Linux

There was such option in early versions of Opera developer for Linux, yes, when there was only one hardcoded theme - Ambiance. But since some versions, I can't hide "system title bar and borders" on my sexy Kubuntu 14.04 any more.

I guess Opera should have its own theme for title and borders like other Chrome-like browsers for Linux do: http://i.imgur.com/fpORmLM.png

To the original poster - KDE can turn off the title bar and window borders on specific windows, in his case it isn't necessary for Opera to do it. No idea about other desktops though.
