Can't sign in to Google services!

The Google sign-in includes access to Gmail, Drive, and other services. When I try to sign in, Google redirects to https://accounts.google.com/CookieMismatch. Clearing cache and cookies, as instructed there, doesn't fix the problem. I'm using Windows 10, Opera 42.
I found a previous discussion called "Can't sign in to Google services."
From spookyswagg:
[Using opera on windows 10. Every I try to sign into any sort of google service (gmail, youtube, etc.) google tells me there is a problem with my cookie settings; however, after messing with my cookie settings and doing what google told me to it still gives me the same error. what can I do?https://accounts.google.com/CookieMismatch This is the site I get redirected to every time I try to sign into google.]
Spookyswagg then posted that he'd solved the problem by deleting third-party apps. I need more information on that solution and on other possible solutions. How do I find third-party apps? What does that mean? Does it refer to extensions?
I appreciate any help.

When did this start? Does it happen in a private window or a portable instance of Opera?

I think you try clear third-party services data in Settings and set 'Obliterate the following items from' to 'the beginning of time'
and find 'google.com' cookie and 'Delete all show'
Finally, Try login again.
I have this problem too, and I do this method it's work for me.

Hi all,
I have this problem too! Cant recall a specific even that started it, since I've always been able to sign into Youtube.com just fine, via my google account. I tried the above..then tried to sign into Youtube again.....still get the https://accounts.google.com/CookieMismatch page. I have Opera 42, on Windows 7 Home premium. I just opened Internet Explorer...and still signing into my google accnt. on Youtube...working fine.
