How to return to normal YT display?

Error in displaying the page.
Hey,
suddenly while browsing YT site its original appearance is lost, it is so like in the screenshot. I can't normally use the service, ie. To approve, add likes. The video is played correctly only in full screen mode.
What went wrong? How to return to normal YT page view?

Ps: sorry but it seems that the code to the pic doesn' t work.

Do you have Extreme compression mode enabled?

I have this mode switched off as well as the option to block ads, when the case started this last mentioned was turn on.
Thanks for the hint concerning code for the pictures.
