Cannot watch videos, get this error message Cannot Load M3U8

Until about 1 week ago I was able to watch videos using Opera. Now I cannot.

I get the following error message:
"Cannot load M3U8: Cross domain access denied"

I've checked all over for a solution for Opera and could only find solutions for IE.

Any ideas?

Hi, on which site is this? What version of macOS and version of Opera?

The site I'm having issues with is Profit.ly, I'm using Sierra 10.12.1 and Opera 41.0.2353.46

Do you have any extensions installed (See View -> Show Extensions)?

Is there an example of a video somewhere on the site you can link?

I am having the same problem with medici.tv . Try any of the videos there. On Fedora 26 with Opera 46.0. No extensions installed.

The site medici.tv works for me with the latest release of Opera on MacOS. I have 21 extensions installed.

Same here, is it the new high sierra I installed? On chrome I do not have this problem

SKILLSHARE VIDEO DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. No Problem at Chrome. It has been months since the last time I opened a Skillshare video in Opera. Tooooooo Sad. Problem on both Sierra and High Sierra. Also both on Opera and Opera Neon.
