Suggestion on Speed Dial Page

Every time I go to the Speed Dial page I get suggestion tabs of sites that I visited to add to the page. How does a person turn this function off. It's nice but not for me. I'm running on Opera version 40.0.2308.81

Click the "wheel" icon at the upper-right conner then untick "Show suggestions" .
