Opera can't load certain sites

E.g. github.com, auth.opera.com, reddit.com. It says "This site can’t be reached". All other browsers and Opera on Windows works fine. I use Arch Linux, Opera installed from official repositories (version 40.0.2308.54).

I confirm it for current versions of all editions: Opera Stable, Opera Beta, Opera developer. I've tried it all. Some sites couldn't be opened, for example github.com.

@oberkut Yesterday I checked also Chrome and Chromium browsers, and there were no problem with them, so I don't think that the reason is site blocking by provider.
Currently this problem seems disappeared (at least I can open GitHub), but it's really strange because I've just turned on my desktop from hibernate, and there were no actions from my side after yesterday's troubles.

Now and through a proxy doesn't work.
Chrome and Chromium works.

Has earned without use of a proxy, vpn and Opera Turbo. The websites open.
Все заработало. Без обновления браузера. Значит была проблема на стороне opera.
