OK, NOT FIXED!
What the actual FUCK is going on?!
I didn't install or uninstall anything at all. The only thing that's happened is my computer went into hibernation.
Now I'm back and no more interaction. Can anybody at least tell me if anyone is looking at this?

Same problem here! Can't use opera on my Windows 10 tablet. No interactions possible
I am able to click in the url bar only and I can minimize and close opera. But everything else is not reacting to my touchscreen interactions.
After restart it sometimes works and everything reacts to my interactions but after a new restart it is not reacting again.

You sir, are a gentleman and scholar, and I thank you kindly!
So clearly, the issue is Opera querying the existence of a touchscreen and not getting the right info from Win10.
Hopefully this is only an issue with hybrids like my Yoga, because otherwise I can't imagine people on tablets will keep using Opera very long -

Opera and Google Chrome are the worst browsers for touchscreens.
I'm running an Acer R7 and Opera and Google don't work with the touchscreen.
To make it worse, they don't run together and they collapse Edge.
