Opera uses pepperflash, same as Chrome/Chromium.

You can't get flash via extensions in any browser. Flash is always provided as a plugin. If you use Ubuntu, you can issue this command from a terminal:

sudo apt-get install pepperflashplugin-nonfree

Then restart Opera.

Maybe you'd try https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Chromium/Getting-Flash . It solves the problem of mine .
