Server timed out problem......after switching country

My opera mini is displaying server timed out whenever i try to open FB,YouTube,Google..
I brought my iphone in china n used opera-mini for quite awhile without any problem. But recently i moved to another country n tried to access Fabebook ,you tube,google, nothing works but the Chinese sites like baidu,youku,bing works fine.
I tried changing WiFi networks, cellular networks ....no luck. the country i moved to doesn't have bans on websites like china.
I downloaded Opera Mini from US store.

--Opera Mini : 14.0.0
--Phone Model:iphone 6 plus
--carrier: NTC (Nepal Telecom)-

@ovicyeak, I am sorry about the inconvenience, but it will be easiest if you just reinstall Opera Mini on your iPhone. If you have some bookmarks or Speed Dials you would like to keep, you should setup synchronization which should upload your data to Opera servers and after you reinstall, you can log in, to download your data back.

It look like a bug in our country detection, so I need more data. Please report a bug via https://bugs.opera.com/wizard/mini - bug report will collect data I need, so just copy & paste your first forum post.
