Hello everyone. Yesterday I installed Pepper Flash on Ubuntu but Opera didn't recognize it. My Opera version is 26 and I install Pepper Flash using
sudo update-pepperflashnonfree --install
.
Also, Chromium do recognize Pepper Flash.

I did installed version 30. But what I don't like in it is that Opera keeps starting a lot of instance in my system. When I boot up Opera 30 (30.0.1835.59, stable update stream), it starts about 5 to 10 instances. One more thing is that in the Opera 30, the PPAPI version is 17,0,0,188. Meanwhile in Chromium it's 18,0,0,160.

You have to install Pepper Flash Player from Synaptics Package Manager and Opera will see it.

Okay, so now your problem is solved. I guess there are different versions because Chrome use another installation then the one Opera use. You will just have to wait for an update.

It has one "instance" for every tab, which actually increases the performance (so it's a good thing).
