No Flash in Opera

Hi!
I just reinstalled PC with Windows 10.
Downloaded and installed latest version of Opera:
Versjon: 38.0.2220.41Flash doesn't work
Downloaded and installed latest flash and it still doesn't work.I tought Opera as with Chrome it have Flash built-in?
What is wrong?

No, Opera doesn't have the built in Flash, just the Chrome and the Edge has the built-in Flash because the Google and Microsoft pay royalities to the other browsers, you must be installed the plugin from adobe, in the case of Firefox is traditional NPAPI plugin, in the case of chrominium-derived browsers (such as Opera, Vivaldi and others) is the PPAPI plugin , see if you have installed the NPAPI instead of PPAPI, because formerly Chrominium-based browsers used the NPAPI.

Hope HTML5 video player replace Flash which is full of security issues and need to install different plug-in according to the browser you use...
