Yes, this issue still exists. Although reported many times, opera team is spending its time with other things those are not urgent but still cannot fix this issue. Probably they do not know how to fix as well.

To anyone at opera team; please fix this issue. There were many new versions but stil one still keeps annoying people. We cannot see extension buttons if we start opera in new private window from taskbar jump list...
