Hi. As many of you know, Youtube doesn't work in my Opera browser when I turn on VPN.
It's not really big issue (just turnig off it and everythig gets well) but I'm still wondering why.
Does anyone here know why or can tell me exact mechanism about it?

Or it would be very pleased someone tells me some sources (videos, papers, news, or its links, etc...) discussing about it.
