I second this complaint.
I don't want any notifications enabled. I certainly don't want any notifications that I cannot edit.

2 months ago I used Opera every day. Now I am considering uninstalling it because it complains about my use of the Internet. Constantly.
Sure, have that feature. Give me a setting where I can turn it off. I have been using the Internet since before the World Wide Web was invented. (Yes, they are actually 2 separate things.) I don't need you holding my hand to cross the street.
