And the same Soundcloud/Opera Turbo issue occurs on 4 PC's, 1xXP, 1xVista and 2 Win7.

Does your "anything" include Soundcloud tracks ?

For me it blocks nothing but Soundcloud.

Could you test this link, with and without Turbo :

Do you have Opera Turbo enabled? If so, please disable it from Opera's main menu. Opera Turbo blocks Flash and other plugins automatically.

Disabling turbo solved the problem.

I installed Opera 23 and switched from Firefox. (Windows7/64)
Impossible to play any track from Soundcloud.
I get this warning :
"It looks like you have a Flash blocker browser setting or extension. Please enable Flash to hear this"
No extension.
Where is this setting hidden?
(Soundcloud works perfectly with IE or Firefox)
