I Uninstall Opera & reinstall it. Now everything working fine. Thanks

I'm using opera for a long time. When I open this site tickarise.com so the site doesn't open & show me this error ERR_TIMED_OUT on the other hand, other's sites are working perfectly fine. I attached the image of the error please have a look at it. Please let me know the issue. Thanks
