Who said it was a browser issue (since opera and edge are based on Chrome - a non argument) - I wasted hours trawling a slew of websites with 'experts' regurgitating the same non-solution to annoying time wasting notifications - all fail equally. We want solutions not excuses. (I did find one eventually thru persistence)
and you need to realise that to the majority of Opera users it is a notification and Opera should not claim to block notifications just because of some tecchy detail
since installing Windows 10 ver 1803 can't open more than 4-5 tabs
