Windows 7 Ultimate
I have downloaded the latest opera(Opera NI Stable), so I guess it is Opera 25 (but I have this problem since Opera 23.0.1522.75).
I can't see which version I've just installed because every tab that is opened by opera says "Loading"
Is there any unnistaller for Opera which removes all previous settings and registers?

Opera doesn't work it's always "loading" and don't let me do nothing.
I try to reinstall but it didnt work
I've deleted all opera's folders on user/Appdata/Local/ (Opera and Opera Software)and try again but it's the same.
