A proper window title bar, like every other application.
I never understood why Chrome got rid of this, it breaks standardised look and feel, as well as many "always on top" apps like music players.Chrome, Firefox, IE and even Opera Presto on its default settings as well as many other softwares in the last couple of years at least. This is the tendency now.
I don't know of any other programs that do this, other than browsers - in fact, I'd forgotten other browsers had this as a default setting, copying Chrome, because I don't tend to use them! At least Presto has a quick fix to revert to standard, why can't new Opera? It really is a deal breaker for me, along with the tabs.
