Reproduced 5/5 times myself.
Version: 46.0.2597.57 (PGO) - Opera is up to date
Update stream: Stable
System: Windows 10 64-bitDebugger shows this:
Unhandled exception at 0x00007FFF7495EE92 (opera_browser.dll) in opera.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF.
Only happens when deleting a bookmark in nested folder directly - deleting the containing folder or top-level folder works fine.
