Fuck speeddial looks like a hospital, fix it back to previous 28 !!

Get rid of that sickest white color in speedial!!

I have a problem with flash player plugin.
I get only sound no video! Reinstalled flash player with same result!
I use Opera 25.0.1614.50 and flash player 15,0,0,189.
Never had this problems previous. How to fix???
