Black box cover content, when I move the mouse over them sometimes disappear and sometimes must scroll page to refresh rendering

I don't know where to write this proposal for better solution but i thing that Opera Mail developers should include some option to run/minimize Opera Mail to 'system tray' because right now I have open Opera Mail on my taskbar but I want minimize it to tray and only there see running in the background this mail client.
It would be cool to have this functionality now when Opera Mail is now a separate application (not included in browser)

I also like option to moving opened tab after last. right now for me is a one big mess when I open 10 links and they open in the middle of the tabs and it's still not one by one.
I need old option to set how new card will be open.

Who have this feelings that the Bookmarks Manager from Opera 12 was the best (fast, simple, very functional) in all Opera versions.

And vertical panel with Bookmarks, mail, contacts, history, and many more was the best solution in web browser. Vertical panel can be hidden if necessary, everything was close at hand.

Please discuss about OLD and NEW bookmark functionality.

Who is for and who is against?

P.S. I like OLD solution and i'm still using Opera 12.17 on my computer, and check new Opera when will have full functionality. We have 13 versions ahead and maybe new Opera is faster and better manages memory but still does not have full functionality of the browser

I also see post about bookmark manager in Opera 26 and I wait for it because Opera 25 is better but my Opera 12.17 is more functional for me (bookmark on the left as a List and in second I view a website that I want)
