Could you list here some of the websites that are not working?

The second website "Sonic Forces" works fine from me both in Opera Browser.
The First and Third website I cannot access, maybe because of my country, I don't know why.

What I suggest is that you repair or reset Opera Browser:

• On Start menu click Settings (gear icon)
• Click Apps and Apps & Features
• Next, under the Apps and features section, search for Opera Browser.
• Now click on the Advanced options

Now you may first select the Repair option if Opera is not working properly. When you repair Opera, your data will remain safe.

After that reboot your computer and check if the problem is solved.
