After the Opera application was updated via Google Play (to ver. 70.3.3653.66287) the previously saved web page shortcuts on the home screen became grey, and could not be opened. 
The error message from Android system is: "application not found"
Q: How can I find the stored shortcuts in Android file system?
Q: How can I gain the saved address info (web page) from the shortcuts on the home screen?
What has been done already (did not help):
in System settings / Applications menu
- force stop
- storage/clear cache
