@burnout426 Just tried to start up from a test installation, works fine no "upgraded" tab. So I should just reinstall opera?
UPD: ok so apparently launching from a standalone installation fixes the problem entierly, so thank you very much

For a month after one of the updates my browser started to open https://www.opera.com/client/upgraded every time I start it. I thought that the next update will fix it, which never happened. Anyone had this problem? Any suggestions?
