No, any profiles would be in that roaming folder. Maybe a system search for any Opera files, otherwise it sounds as though they may be gone and it should be chalked up as a learning experience. We've all had them. If I were you, I'd start over and no matter what browser you may choose to do so, make backups of that browsers profile on a flash drive or spare hard drive frequently. I have all browsers backed up to another hard drive and my Opera browser on a flash drive in case of extreme failure somehow. Take advantage of any browsers sync service and maybe use an extension like Xmarks that backs up bookmarks to the cloud and can be used with most browsers. For me, starting over was a good thing. I discovered new bookmarks and figured any others probably weren't needed anyway. Good luck.
