I guess that on both cases the pages will not start loading exactly when Opera is starting.

If it's same on both cases then why make a change that uses more resource?

This old behavior is much better than loading all tabs gradually.

The introduction to 'Delay loading background tabs' in Opera was really awesome. It made Opera quite distinguishable from other chromium browsers.

enabling #extended-lazy-session-loading doesn't load any tabs at all until selected. which is much better than loading one by one.

I don't get it! It says background tabs are loaded with decreased priority under faster startup.

Previously it was no tabs gets loaded until clicked.
Now, loading tab with decreased priority.

How is this going to help 'faster startup'?

'Delay Loading of Background Tabs' is not working anymore..

I have always used this feature, but it stopped working for the past two days..

After I open opera all tabs start loading, previously it was only the active tab that loaded.

"Continue where I left off" & "Delay loading of background tabs" both options are checked.

I am using Opera Developer 41.0.2340.0 on Win 7
