I want to format my PC. Will i be able to retain my previous tab automatically when i sign back in to Opera?
I'm aware that new formatted PC will have a different "PC identity". How do Opera handle this?
I liked to use it in the old version of Opera. Pressing 2 to next tab, 1 to previous tab.
But in the new opera (even to the latest version 35), it's buggy. Sometimes i press 1, the cursor goes to textbox and typing "1". Sometimes i want to post something on the textbox, i type "1" then the window moves to the previous tab.
Please fix. Also, do you have alternative shortcut for going to next/previous tab?
There's a bug that triggers advanced keyboard shortcut even when user is typing on input box. Some of the follow single-key shortcuts in input boxes and alike: 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0, +, - and /
So when i type "1" in here (textbox), sometimes the tab switch to the previous tab (advanced keyboard shortcut, single key).
And today i just learned that Opera hasn't fix it it has extension to fix it. Really Opera?

I used Old Opera and it was bad for opening Youtube. It can't stream well. When i fast forward or rewind, the stream restarts again from the point i click. I thought the problem is Presto or the Old Opera programming.
Then i installed New Opera (i use 29 now), in my NEW machine (clean installation etc). Youtube streaming is still the same.
Is this Opera problem? Blink problem? Or my PC just screws me up? Because Chrome is fine in FF/RWing Youtube.
A lot of forums use vbulletin engine. And i don't know why, but Opera seems very slow in using it. Probably java-related, it slows when quoting, editing, and a lot of stuff that doesn't require opening a whole new page.
At first i thought it was the forum overcrowded, but then i use Chrome and it works fine. Weird since it has the same Blink engine.
Thanks lando. This feature is so small i think it's like basic features. But if Opera thinks it should be on extension, well i can't do anything about it. Cheers.
What is it with small features Old Opera used to have?
AFAIK, it's not engine problem, so why the New Opera still haven't got it after almost 15 major releases?
I think it's simple. It's not minimize like "Windows minimize".
It's like pressing 1 or 2 (switch to next tab), but only between 2 tabs.
Oh... Please bring it back...
Opera 29 brings alot of features for Old Opera user like me. But i find things are still missing, like this.
Also i miss something i liked with Old Opera: Click current tab to minimize! Please bring this back as well! Thank youu.
I have a lot of tabs and like to use middle button to close it.
