Where do you have Opera installed though? If you only have it installed for the current use where it's installed to "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Programs\Opera", you shouldn't have to install as admin. Having to do so says that there's something wrong with folder permissions.
Same thing applies to "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable" and "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Opera Software\Opera Stable". If you have to run Opera as admin for it to be able to read and write to those files (not saying you said that, just an FYI), that means there's something wrong with file/folder permissions.
