I have checked already in the plugin list and make sure this plugin is activated. But the page mentioned will always show the message window and referring to an option in the top bar to allow Chrome (?) to use this plugin.

when trying to access the Garmin test page to check the Communicator plug in the page says "Plug-in blocked" there is also a window telling how to unlock the plug-in but this window refers to Chrome not to Opera?!

How can I enable this plug-in with Opera?
