@daria19 None of these tips seemed to have worked for me. My brother has MS Family Safety turned on. For some reason it only started bugging him about Opera the same day my Opera decided it wasn't worth starting anymore. I just looked at the MS Family safety website and found I have zero limitations. It might just have been a coincidence. I'll have to keep looking to find my issue sadly.

For me it’s Opera Air. But when I downloaded Opera Gx I had the same issue there.

I've seen many other people have this issue with Opera not opening. But it seems like none of the solutions are working for me. To describe my situation, when I click on Opera it briefly flickers on the screen before closing. When I look in Task Manager and search "Opera", nothing pops up. It's as if something is blocking Opera from running. I've come to that conclusion because I've spent more than an hour trying and failing to get Opera to open by hopelessly reinstalling it. Someone help.
