So, the folder Opera was installed to was deleted when you reset the laptop? If that is the case you are out of luck. Opera keeps a backup copy of your bookmarks in the profile folder named bookmarks.bak. If that file was deleted in the reset then that is it. Since you did not sync and you did not backup the file theres nothing else to be done.
