Windows 8/8.1 only automatically updates the ActiveX Flash Player for Internet Explorer automatically as part of the operating system.
If you're using a browser that needs plugins you still have to sort it out yourself.

I resave the bookmarks file under a different name. I then re-name the .BAK file by removing the extension. The file type switches from BAK to SalesMagnet. This process actually works....it shows previous bookmarks...
Is there another way I should be doing this?
