@tonystarrpdx - Unfortunately not. Updates to Opera have not resolved as well. Found the issue with a few Windows 7 users as well. Had to switch to IE for those users most affected.

Terminal server environment. Some users unable to open Opera after closing. Find about 4 or 5 existing Opera processes still in task manager that need to be killed before Opera will open again. Started about 2 weeks ago. Version:58.0.3135.65. Any advice much appreciated.
