I'm having a similar issue with the prompt just resetting and not doing anything under Linux. My passwords are secured with a passphrase (which is an old password), and on every other system (including another Linux distro) after logging in, I have another box where I enter the passphrase. Here, it just doesn't show and I have no way of syncing my passwords.
