Where to find area to re - enable Flash player Please and Ty Andrew

My Question is a simple one
Im Andrew not that computer savvy
I get messages saying
( Adobe flash player ) to uninstall
and the info out there is to use
HTML so is there a HTML particular to download and is it ok with ( Opera ! )
as I am happy with Opera Browser
I hope this gets a Tech response That I can Follow easily
as I am all two finger typing Regards Andrew !
