Yes, when i want to open the OperaSetup file it gives me the message which i quoted in the opening post.

The offline one gives the same message.

I had problems with Opera so I decided to uninstall and reinstall it. But now I can't install Opera anymore. I always get this message:

Opera installer 40.0.2308.81.0

Fatal error upon loading installer executable:

214:0, 254:0, 214:0, 259:0,

Is there anybody who can help me?
