un-installed Ghostery VNP now working fine. Will now use Yahoo's VNP, but is very limited in locations you can choose.

Hello forums,
I can't load pages unless I go into new private window, then every thing works fine. If I try to use Opera with out a new private window then whatever page I ask for I just get the speed dial with the rotating icon in the top left hand corner. My O/S is Windows 10 with the latest updates.
