Hi, if you have an external security program running (Bitdefender, Eset, Avira, etc.) then disable the html-scan in the security program there. This will scan every web page you visit, will have no advantage and will slow down your system.
Do you have any other external programs running, such as a firewall, not the Windows firewall?
