Where exactly is this link? I can't seem to find it. And how exactly do you clear google-specific cookies?

I had this same problem starts for me today, and I don't have the slightest clue what to do to fix it. Has anyone been able to get Google back to normal on their browser, or are we just going to have to wait until Opera fixes this themselves?
