The last 3-4 days I've been having a lot of trouble with cookie consent messages on a lot of sites, example:

Using Opera 96.0.4693.50 on Windows 11. No problems in other browsers (also strict).
(I've had to restort to remove the whole cookie consent thing via the dev window).
The keyboard shortcut to show/hide the bookmark bar (ctrl-shift-B) works nicely on Opera on Macs for instance, but the shortcut is missing on Linux.
Opera: 96.0.4693.20
Fedora: 37 (Gnome)
It's a small annoyance, but I need to place my mouse cursor absolutely pixel perfect on the window borders to resize Opera windows (Opera 95.0.4635.37, GNOME, Fedora 37). I've heard that this could be because of Opera not using some sort of window shadow detection in GNOME?
Other apps function normally, the the mouse cursor turns into resize mode when 10-12 pixels from the border, esp coming in from the outside to the window.
